I feel a great deal of pity for my second-club Liverpool. They definitely dominated the game against Man Utd and deserved to win. What more at Anfield. They needed 3 points to close the gap on Chelsea, or even 1. But like i said before, in football, not all deserving teams win. So the Reds lost 1-0 to the Red Devils. Rafa should get over it. What's done is done. Undoubtedly, Chelsea fans would have had a hard time figuring out who to support. Supporting either team would put themselves in jeopardy. But if you do the math, it would be logical for any Blues to support Reds when you consider league games in hand. As for any Gunner, backing up Liverpool wouldn't be the brightest of options. League leaders are far too far to catch up on, so i think Arsene should be content with a 3rd place on the table. As for me, i'm happy Arsenal are within 1 point of the Kopp, with 2 games in hand, thanks to Man Utd and a 2-1 victory over Reading. And the rest is history.

Kop. Not Kopp.
ReplyDeleteHaih.
We'll look to Anfield on Tuesday again, and with Eto'o back with the Catalans, defence will have to step up and the offensive should move forward.
Kopp. Kopi.
ReplyDeleteWhat difference does it make?
